Belmar Marina Gets New Year-Round Restaurant
The borough on Tuesday unveiled the latest piece of its redevelopment plan with the opening of a $6 million restaurant overlooking the Shark River.
The Marina Grille is being run by Chefs International, which constructed the borough-owned building under the agreement with Belmar. The borough is leasing the property to Chefs International for $250,000 a year initially.
